August New Moon Check In

The Yoga practice helps us open our hearts and minds to being more vulnerable and authentic. Grab a Pen and journal! Let’s write down some thoughts together. The New Moon is a great way to check in and give your journey an honest assessment. This allows us to redirect focus where we need it in our lives. We will look at intentions and goals for ourselves, family, and career.
