With a deep appreciation for the intricacies of structural alignment and a playful spirit that celebrates the movement of the body, I guide my students on a journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being.
In my classes, you'll find a unique blend of static poses and dynamic flows, creating an opportunity for practitioners to explore the boundless possibilities within their practice. I believe breath is the bridge between the body and the mind, and I emphasize its power to access areas of tension and cultivate mindfulness. Whether you're seeking to build strength, find relaxation, or delve into the deeper dimensions of your practice, I'm here to support you every step of the way!
One of the cornerstones of my teaching philosophy is creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Yoga is for everyone and every student is celebrated for their unique journey.

Yoga for me is a delightful, curious, and often hilariously ungraceful adventure. Where we leave the chaos of the mind and find presence and aliveness in the body. Don’t let the yoga poses fool you! They are just a road map to powerful inner discovery. They are not about physical perfection! My therapeutic training and skills assist me in creating a safe environment for anyone with physical, emotional, and/or mental health challenges. I am always happy to take a few minutes before or after class to listen to your needs and concerns. My mission is that you leave each practice with a better sense of who you are and the peace you carry within you.
I want you to feel good about yourself, your abilities, and the strength of who you are.
Can’t wait to see you on your mat.

Yoga has been and is so many things to me throughout my adult life. Whether it be poses for balance, breathwork for stillness or mindfulness for grounding: yoga changes you and changes with you as you practice. It is a true journey.
My journey in yoga started with an attempt to alleviate chronic pain. As I found relief from the physical issues, I began to notice changes in my outlook and mental health. I was inspired by the changes and decided to study yoga on a trip abroad. I spent time in an ashram in India where I studied under my guru and received my yoga teaching certificate.
It is my passion to bring my students along for their own yoga exploration. I love being there for the first class and seeing my students flourish and grow. I design my classes to be approachable and unintimidating. I invite students to work at their own pace and to be mindful of their emotions and body. By focusing on alignment and breath, every student is met exactly where they are.

I have been an avid yoga practitioner for the past nine years. My journey first began in 2014 with Power/ Vinyasa Yoga before I discovered Ashtanga Yoga in 2015. After one year of doing the Ashtanga practice at home by myself, I moved to Louisville to be close to an Ashtanga Yoga studio where I practiced 4-5 days a week for four years with an authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Laura Spaulding. In 2016, I also spent a month studying with Kino Macgregor and Tim Feldman at the Miami Life Center in Miami, FL as part of a 200-hr teacher training.
I recently moved back to the Evansville area and am excited to share what I have learned about Ashtanga Yoga with the Evansville Yoga Community.

My journey with yoga started in 2018, as I was searching for holistic healing techniques. My mental health was deteriorating and I couldn’t function on day to day activities. I started practicing yoga in my room and noticed sudden changes spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. As my life completely turned around, the light clicked on and I knew from that point I was to become a teacher, to share with others the benefits that one can tap into from the arts of yoga.
Just move your body and flow with no expectations, being less judgmental and become one with mind, body and soul

200hr RYT , Registered Nurse
My personal journey with yoga began in 2015 during a difficult time in my life. As I practiced more, I began to realize that yoga helped to clear my mind when nothing else could. Overall, yoga helped me find myself again. As with everything, I wanted to learn as much as possible so I began my Yoga Teacher Training at Evansville Yoga University and became a certified yoga instructor in 2017. My hope is that through teaching I can help others feel the benefits of yoga just as I did.
I have found so much joy and love in teaching yoga to others. My favorites are powerful flows, slow deep stretches, and bringing creative fun flows into the practice.
The things I love most in this life (off the mat) are sunshine, my family & dogs, and pizza.
See you on the mat!

200hour RYT, Trauma-Informed Yoga
I first encountered yoga as a new mother in 2014. What started as just a physical practice quickly transitioned into an emotional and spiritual journey. I found mental stillness and peace in the hot studio. Soon after I began practicing I knew I wanted to share that with others, and began teacher training. After my initial training, I sought additional training for providing trauma-informed yoga. My goal as an instructor is to hold the space for students to take what they need and leave behind what no longer serves them.

200 hr CYT
My yoga journey began in 2021 when I started attending hot yoga classes for exercise. I quickly fell in love with the practice and how it made me feel, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. As my practice grew, I discovered a strength within myself that I had never experienced before. Yoga has taught me mindfulness and has given me a deep appreciation for both myself and the world around me.
As an instructor, my hope is to inspire and encourage others as we deepen our yoga practices together.
