We would appreciate if you arrived 20 minutes early for sign in and a short orientation.

Please bring a mat, water bottle, yoga towel, and hand towel (We also have mats and towels you can borrow or buy)

Make sure you are hydrated. Drink plenty of water the day of class. Filtered refill station available.  We recommend eating only a light meal at least three hours prior to class.

Wear appropriate clothing for hot yoga that is comfortable and allows you to move your body in all directions.

Take time to settle in.
