Join us for an accessible and enriching 4-part Meditation Series designed to help you discover the profound benefits of meditation. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers a supportive environment to explore and enhance your life through meditation.

Series Overview:

Introduction to Meditation: Start your journey by sharing your goals for the class. We'll discuss various styles of meditation and delve into the science behind it. Learn how to begin and maintain a practice, with a focus on cultivating self-love and accountability to create a lasting habit. The session will conclude with your first guided meditation practice.

Creating a Meditation Spot & Setting Up for Success: Explore how to create a dedicated meditation space and set yourself up for a successful practice. We'll discuss the connection between breath and emotions, as well as the mind and emotions. Review the meditation steps from the previous session and add new elements to your practice.

The Power of Thoughts & Mind Flexibility: Reflect on your experiences from the past week as we dive into the power of thoughts and the art of letting go. Discover how meditation can calm and stabilize the mind, and be introduced to the body scan technique. The session will include a short meditation incorporating all the elements covered so far.

Intention, Affirmation & Visualization: In this final session, we'll introduce the concept of intention or affirmation and explore its power in meditation. You'll review and integrate all the steps learned so far in a guided meditation, with the added element of visualization to deepen your practice.
